I started LOTW to provide network project and escalation support to MSPs and IT providers, alongside network diagnosis and office-change support for businesses.
I have around 10 years’ network engineering experience.
That experience includes Internet Edge routing with BGP/MPLS, data-centre networking, troubleshooting and automation.
I created LOTW to provide scoped network engineering support to MSPs and IT providers, and to help businesses investigate difficult network problems or plan office changes alongside their existing IT provider.
The approach is to agree the work, investigate carefully, explain findings and options clearly, and document the agreed work for handover.
